Yes, I've installed in on my mac mini running I so clearly it's my computer. I just don't know what it could be since this particular laptop is pretty clean. That's it. Too late now, but it sounds like you should have taken advantage of FileMaker Tech office hours while at DevCon.
I am saying this really out loud because it's a system bug. Can anyone tell me what to do now? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Design Performance.

The Backup LAN is local as in I'm interested in some more infos from FMI - all of our customers with FMS have already v13, so they are not in a hurry.
I see people saying that the 'trial' license works. By this I assume they all mean the Preview license which was issued back in March or thereabouts. As far as I can tell, that license is no longer available the link on the 22 April re-issue email just leads to your TechNet download page, where there is no longer any preview link.
I switched to my FMS14 Dev license instead. This, unfortunately, has the same license conflict issue. We mean the 30 day free trial license available from the public facing side of filemaker. Disable ipv6 on your machine if you use windows server use the dsable tool. Are you naming some specific utility program? If so, what's the URL of it? We don't have much to report right now other than we are looking into it. In the meantime, one possible workaround on Windows is to disable Bonjour, but doing so will mean the server will not show up as a Local Host in Open Remote users would have to save the server as a favorite. And Stanley, for your case, I might also suggest trying to turn off the other NICs that aren't used for FileMaker traffic while installing and starting your server.

FileMaker Go 14 has a vastly improved data-entry interface for container fields. If you click Signature, a signature screen appears and you can sign right on your iPhone or iPad. Click Done and the signature is saved to the container field. If the field already has data in it, a different set of menu buttons will appear depending on the type of data in the field. And movies can now be played either inline or full-screen, as you like. For example, if a container field stores a movie, clicking it brings up the video playback controls, which let you play the movie inline or full screen.
